Start date, Clearance Essential: Proven track record of Project/Programme/Portfolio management leading complex IS projects including the application of these skills to broader business and using Agile methodologies and the PRINCE2 method Essential: Production of focussed programme plans including using risk management to solve potential problems. Prioritising resources to ensure delivery is both on time and to budget. Essential: Good financial acumen. Using budget management as a key enabler to focus programme delivery. Information Systems development including: Detailed requirements capture, documentation and acceptance criteria definition. Development of static and mobile IS in a rapidly changing environment.
