There isn’t an out-of-hours requirement, and we are closed on Sundays, allowing everyone to make the most of every minute of life outside of work!

Our days are structured with 15-minute consults as standard, and time taken for lunch and admin are also factored into the day. We meet regularly as a team to discuss issues and how to progress our patient and client care, with an open and flexible approach the rest of the time.

What We’re Offering

  • Salary of £50,000 to £70,000 FTE, commensurate with experience
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave as standard (pro-rata for part-time)
  • RCVS and VDS memberships are paid as well as the opportunity to have one other membership paid
  • Life Assurance 4 x Annual Salary
  • Contributory Pension Scheme
  • Dedicated CPD allowance including support towards Certificates
  • Cycle to Work Scheme
  • Access to Colleague Assistance Programmes – Retail Trust, Port of Call and MHF

Not only are we offering a great role, but the opportunity for a great lifestyle too! Our practice is situated in Dorchester; in the heart of Dorset, close to idyllic beaches, dramatic coastlines, and scenic walks. Dorchester, and nearby Weymouth, have vibrant social scenes, ‘outstanding’ schools in the area, and great transport links to London – a generous relocation package is available for the right candidate.
