The predicted salary is between 48000 - 72000 £ per year.
We have a new permanent opportunity for a full-time senior lawyer to build and lead a new Conveyancing Team in our Swindon office, to complement our existing, successful teams across Newbury, Thatcham and Maidenhead. We are looking for a talented and ambitious solicitor with a proven track record in business development who can hit the ground running and successfully contribute to our growth plans. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years PQE residential property experience managing a varied and complex caseload.
The Role
- Manage a varied case load of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
- Contribute to the growth of the residential property practice through business development initiatives and networking opportunities and expand the firm’s market presence in the area.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering personalised legal services, understanding their needs and providing clear communication throughout the legal process.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the Firm to ensure an efficient and effective client service.
- Support the development and supervision of junior members of the team.
About you
- 8+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing.
- Proven business development skills – able to generate own pipeline and network effectively.
- Self-starter with a strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent team player with demonstrable ability to build effective and trusting relationships with clients and colleagues.
