We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Associate Private Client Solicitor to join our award-winning, Legal 500 Tier 2 Wills, Probate and Estate Planning team in our Oxford office. This is more than just a role, it’s an opportunity to play a key part in the continued growth of our highly regarded private client offering. You will work on high-quality and often complex matters while developing your career in a supportive, collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

The Role

  • Advising on drafting and executing Wills.
  • Advising on drafting and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney.
  • Administering both non-taxable and taxable estates.
  • Drafting Deeds of Variation.
  • Creating and administering trusts.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members.
  • Supporting business development and marketing initiatives to further strengthen our presence in the region.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional service.

About You

  • Experienced: Senior Associate level with significant private client experience. STEP membership (or currently working towards STEP qualification) preferred.
  • Client-focused: Able to combine strong technical knowledge with excellent client care.
  • Collaborative: A team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.
  • Proactive: Well organised, hands-on and able to manage a varied caseload effectively.
  • Ambitious: Keen to contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the team.
