Full-Time | Maidenhead | 1-3 years PQE
The Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Solicitor with 1–3 years PQE to join our growing team in Maidenhead.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to build on their experience in Property Litigation and Commercial Litigation, working on a varied caseload within a supportive and collaborative environment. Ideally, we are looking for someone who has experience in both areas, but will consider someone who only wishes to specialise in property litigation.
You will have the opportunity to work on a range of contentious property matters such as lease disputes, residential possessions, forfeiture, dilapidations, service charge disputes, lease extensions and general commercial landlord and tenant matters, alongside commercial litigation cases involving breach of contract, director/shareholder disputes and other business-related disputes.
We are looking for someone who is keen to develop their expertise, deliver excellent client service and contribute to the continued success of our team.
About you
We are looking for someone who:
- Has 1–3 years’ PQE, with experience in Property Litigation and Commercial Litigation.
- Has experience dealing with, or a genuine interest in developing their expertise in, property and commercial disputes.
- Has strong communication and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team while taking ownership of their own work.
- Is proactive, commercially minded and committed to delivering a high standard of client service.
- Is keen to learn, develop and build a long-term career with the firm.
