The Role
As a valued member of the team, your responsibilities will include:
- Opening and setting up new client files accurately in line with lawyers’ instructions
- Attending client meetings and acting as a key point of contact, providing updates on matters
- Preparing correspondence to clients, and other parties.
- Maintaining and updating client records within the document management system
- Managing diaries and providing general administrative support to the wider team
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in private client work or in a similar administrative role within a professional services environment
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload
- Confident using IT systems and case/document management software
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
