Overview
You will be supporting our lawyers with a wide range of conveyancing work including sales and purchases, re-mortgaging, while also providing general administrative support to the team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Setting up new files accurately on instructions from lawyers
- Preparing sales packs, liaising with agents and dealing with enquiries
- Attending client meetings and providing day-to-day client liaison updating them on the progress of their work
- Preparing first draft contract papers, property search reports
- Preparing correspondence to clients, banks and other solicitors
- Maintaining accurate client files within the document management system
- Diary management and wider team administration support
