Are you passionate about driving brand visibility, client engagement and business growth? We have an exciting new permanent opportunity for a pro-active Marketing and Business Development Executive to support our team with marketing campaigns, events, communications, and client relationship management.
Based in our Newbury Office, you will be joining our Marketing & Client Experience Team and we’re looking for someone who wants to take the next step in their marketing and business development career.
- Marketing campaigns and communications: Writing and editing compelling marketing content which increases visibility of our services to our target audiences. Creating visual and video content and regularly refreshing marketing collateral to keep it engaging, on-brand and relevant.
- Organisation and delivery of professional and engaging in-person and virtual events: Supporting marketing campaigns from logistics and invitations to promotion and follow-up.
- Business development initiatives: Conducting research into target clients, industries and competitors and supporting the Business Development plans for our legal teams and individual fee earners.
- Use of CRM & Data Usage: Managing campaign execution via email marketing systems (e.g. Mailchimp, Tikit e-Marketing etc). Collaborating with the Marketing Manager and fee earners to ensure the client database is up to date and accurate client data is maintained for reporting and insights.
- Providing day to day operational support to the Marketing Manager and completing ad-hoc administrative tasks such as dealing with invoices, coordinating branded merchandise and contributing to internal reports.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Marketing or Business Development role preferably in a professional services firm (Marketing qualifications preferred). Strong project management skills - you should be organised, deadline-driven and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proven track record in coordinating successful marketing campaigns and events. Strong understanding of CRM and email marketing platforms. Confidence in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects) and Canva. Familiarity with WordPress content management system.
