The team advises an exceptional client base on a broad range of contentious and advisory matters across the technology and innovation sector, offering associates the chance to develop genuine specialist expertise in an area that is set to remain at the forefront of commercial litigation for years to come.
The work is varied, intellectually stimulating and often business-critical.
A significant proportion of matters involve contractual disputes arising from major technology projects and the procurement and supply of technology products and services.
The team also advises on disputes involving professional negligence, misuse of data, breach of confidence, trade secrets and other complex technology-related claims.
The successful candidate will have approximately 2-5 years' PQE gained in a commercial litigation or technology disputes practice.
Experience of English High Court litigation would be particularly valuable, although the team also welcomes candidates with arbitration and ADR experience.
