The formidable restructuring and insolvency team of this global law firm is in growth mode and looking to recruit an associate around the 1-4 PQE level. Candidates will ideally have substantial non-contentious experience with some contentious insolvency experience.

Matters will involve:

1. bankruptcy administrations,
2. liquidations,
3. receiverships,
4. company and individual voluntary arrangements,
5. restructuring plans.
