This UK headquartered international law firm has one of the world’s leading infrastructure and energy practices. It has seen significant growth in its project finance offering over recent years and is now looking to recruit additional associates to assist with an ever-growing pipeline of work.
The team advises on project finance matters in the UK and globally. Much of the work is focused on renewables, transitional technologies, batteries, and new technologies, but the team is also busy in the oil and gas space.
Ideal Candidates
Ideal candidates will be 2pqe+, with experience from another top firm in London or other common law jurisdiction. The team is also keen to hear from mid/senior level associates. Candidates must have experience of negotiating facility agreements and be familiar with intercreditor agreements and ancillary transaction documentation.
