This elite US law firm has a prestigious international private equity practice and is currently seeing significant growth in London. Its dedicated financial sponsors group is therefore looking to recruit junior and mid-level associates.
Candidates will need experience from another top international law firm, either in London or another common law jurisdiction post-qualification. Experience of NDAs, engagement letters, disclosure letters, diligence reports and ancillary documents is advantageous, as well as appetite to excel in a challenging and busy environment.
