This elite law firm has a Band 1 Private Equity team and is now seeking to recruit associates to join its growing London practice, to assist with advising financial sponsor clients on international mandates.

Candidates will need excellent academics and prior experience from another top international law firm. It is likely that you will have at least 2pqe (although more junior lawyers will also be considered), having worked either in London or another equivalent jurisdiction.

The team advise on a broad mix of cross-border transactions for private equity clients, including M&A, carve outs, joint venture, reorganizations, investments and other day to day advisory matters. The training and development on offer is second to none and you will be working alongside market leading partners.
