This elite US law firm has a stellar structured finance team and is now looking to recruit an NQ to join it. The team are keen to consider retained September 25 qualifiers as well as March 26 qualifiers. Exceptional September 26 qualifiers are also welcome to apply. All candidates will need excellent academics and experience from a top international law firm, either in London or another equivalent common law jurisdiction.
This role will focus on asset based lending transactions and securitisations and will involve advising all major market participants. The work is challenging and innovative and the team is known for being busy but supportive.
