Major global law firm has an exciting new NQ-2 PQE opening in their real estate litigation team. Working alongside leading partners on high-profile, complex property disputes, you will gain first-class experience assisting the team's diverse client base.
Matters the group work on include:
- Breach of covenant claims
- Contractual disputes
- Rights of light
- Dilapidations
- Possession claims
- Development disputes
- The property aspects of restructurings
The team are looking for a bright and ambitious candidate with a minimum of 6 months experience in the area. Those qualifying in March and September 2026 with relevant training experience are welcome to apply.
