An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the award-winning Incentives practice of a leading London law firm, advising an outstanding client base ranging from FTSE-listed companies and private equity-backed businesses to high-growth entrepreneurs and senior executives.
This highly regarded team offers genuine breadth, combining advisory work on the design and implementation of employee share plans and incentive arrangements with transactional support on M&A, take-privates, IPOs and other corporate matters. You will work closely with market-leading corporate, employment and tax specialists in a genuinely collaborative environment.
Applications are welcomed from lawyers with 2–5 years' PQE experience in employee incentives and share plans, gained at a leading law firm or respected tax advisory practice. Exposure to corporate transactions and employment tax would be advantageous but is not essential.
