A superb opportunity to join one of the top firms in London as a Corporate PSL/Knowledge Lawyer. The firm has one of the largest private equity practices in the City and is looking for a skilled knowledge lawyer to support the ongoing development and growth of the team.

Responsibilities in this broad role will include:

  • Monitoring legal developments
  • Updating knowhow and precedent content
  • Assisting with training programmes
  • Supporting fee-earners with technical queries

You will also have plenty of scope to be involved with strategy and innovation and will sit at the heart of the practice.

Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' corporate experience, ideally in private equity, M&A and general corporate advisory work. You may be an existing PSL, a fee-earner in private practice or an in-house lawyer looking to transition into a knowledge role. You must be highly organised with excellent communication skills and the ability to independently take on projects as part of a supportive and friendly team.

The salary on offer is at the top of the market.
