This US law firm has a long established London office and has made some recent impressive lateral partner hires into its London corporate team. The team is now looking to recruit at associate level to support the team's growth. Ideal candidates will be 1-5 pqe, but strong candidates outside of this range will also be considered (including NQs).
This role is likely to suit lawyers from other top international law firms with experience of leveraged buyouts, M&A and private equity. The client list is prestigious and there is plenty of opportunity for associates looking to build and manage client relationships as well as benefit from exciting, challenging work.
