Leaders in acting for the UK professional services sector, you will advise an enviable client list, ranging from top law and accountancy firms to architects, hedge funds and real estate firms.
The role will suit a corporate associate (M&A or PE) who is interested in enjoying more varied work and acting as a trusted advisor to clients through M&A, financing, advisory work, disputes and distressed situations. The group have acted on many of the most significant professional firm deals in recent times and as a growing team you can expect clear career progression opportunities.
Applicants do not require any previous experience of advising clients in the professional services sector. You will be supported through a training programme and work closely with partners and all members of the team. An excellent academic background and experience gained from another leading firm are important.
