Our client, a top global law firm, is looking to recruit outstanding Corporate Associates with around 1 to 3 years' PQE. Corporate is a cornerstone of the firm's global practice, offering associates exposure to market-leading domestic and cross-border transactions. The team advises on a broad spectrum of complex M&A and private equity matters, acting for an impressive client base that includes a range of private and public companies, financial institutions and private equity sponsors.
