This international law firm boasts a top tier fraud practice, advising on the largest fraud cases both in the UK and globally. The team is now looking to recruit a junior or mid-level associate to join them. Ideally, candidates will have at least 1 year of post qualification experience and there is scope to consider candidates up to 4pqe+.
Work involves asset tracing, freezing injunctions and enforcement action, as well as fraud claims. The majority of the work is multi-jurisdictional and highly complex. Civil, rather than criminal, experience is relevant to this role.
