The team focus on large and complex leveraged buy-out transactions and financing arrangements for top-tier financial investors; and also advise public and private companies across a range of leveraged financing products.
The market-leading group are looking for associates around the 2 to 7 PQE level who are keen to be part of a truly global team and gain exposure to a wide range of financing products.
