The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
Knowledge is at the heart of this global firm's strategy and a rare new opening has arisen as Head of Knowledge for the IP Technology group. In addition to managing the team of Knowledge Lawyers, you will lead the group's international Knowledge strategy and represent the group in the firm-wide Knowledge community.
You will have the ability to build relationships with the partners and help to further develop the knowledge sharing culture within the group. Alongside your KL team, you will also be a role model for technical knowledge, support the group's training programme and act as a sounding board to fee-earners.
The successful candidate will be a senior lawyer or current KL with considerable fee-earning experience and exceptional communication skills. This crucial leadership role requires someone who can create a team spirit and support the career development of everyone. Experience of developing knowledge resources and delivering training will also be useful.
This large international firm has offices across England and in Edinburgh and are open to where this position can be based.
