This elite US law firm has a growing IP and technology practice and is seeking to grow its London team with the addition of a mid-level associate. Ideal candidates will be 2-4 pqe but those with relevant experience outside of this range will also be considered.
The team advises across a variety of sectors, supporting on private equity transactions, large IT projects, licensing arrangements, data protection and standalone IP and tech matters including the regulation of technology and AI. You will need experience from another top international law firm either in London or an equivalent jurisdiction. You do not need to be an expert in all areas covered by the team, but you do need an interest in maintaining a broad practice and have a genuine passion for technology.
