This elite London law firm has a market leading IP offering and is now looking to recruit a junior to mid level associate into its brands team. Ideal candidates will have around 2 to 4 pqe (although candidates with relevant experience outside of this range will also be considered) and a genuine passion for IP and brands work.
The role will involve IP advisory and disputes matters, with a focus on soft IP, including trademark and design strategy, prosecution and enforcement and registry dispute work. You will have responsibility for day to day portfolio management for a range of prestigious and innovative clients and associates are encouraged to have their own client relationships from very early on in their career.
