Market-leading IP team has a superb new opening for an associate at the 3+ PQE level. The team enjoys the full spectrum of IP disputes work, so whilst the role will focus mainly on soft IP, applicants with a mixture of soft IP and patents experience would be ideal. You will also have the opportunity to advise on commercial disputes with an IP angle and a range of IP advisory work.
The team encourages associates to take on leadership roles where appropriate, so a desire to be challenged and fully involved with business development is important.
