A unique and exciting opportunity to join the London office of a top US firm to work in the dedicated foreign direct investment team. You will gain first class experience working on some of the largest and most complex international transactions in the world.
Work will involve conducting foreign investment screening analysis, coordinating multi-jurisdictional screening files, preparing and submitting UK National Security and Investment Act notifications and advising on regulatory strategy. Applicants will be around the NQ-3 PQE level, with an excellent academic background and the ability to take on a high level of responsibility. You will ideally have a background in foreign investment screening, perhaps in the context of a competition practice, or from government and trade compliance teams.
