This is an exciting opportunity to join the London finance practice of this UK headquarters law firm as a knowledge lawyer. While the team are keen to hear from experienced knowledge lawyers, they are also very open to senior fee earners looking to make the transition into a knowledge role. This is a 12 month FTC role and could be a great way to move into the knowledge space.
Responsibilities
- Working as part of a network of knowledge lawyers throughout the firm.
- Responsible for the traditional aspects of the knowledge function such as precedent management, monitoring legal developments and legislative changes.
- Supporting fee earners and clients with technical queries and training.
- Managing and developing legal knowledge projects.
- Focusing on knowledge strategy, knowledge technology and building the firm’s knowledge function.
Qualifications
- Candidates will need finance experience from another top international law firm and are likely to be 4PQE+.
- This role is likely to suit those with broad experience including general corporate lending, leveraged finance, real estate finance and acquisition finance.
- Full time or part time options are available.
