We are currently working on a number of Corporate PSL openings with both our US and UK firm clients. Both permanent and 12-month contract positions are available, the latter being an excellent opportunity to explore a new career path within an established M&A/PE PSL team.
Each role differs but standard responsibilities include:
- Monitoring legal developments
- Updating knowhow and precedent content
- Assisting with training programmes
- Supporting fee-earners with technical queries
Current PSLs and lawyers looking to transition into the knowledge field are encouraged to apply, including in-house lawyers. At least 5 years PQE is required.
