Suitable applicants will have a minimum of 5 years\’ experience in UK public M&A and public company work. Experience of equity capital markets work also preferred..

Responsibilities will include developing a knowledge plan for the team,creating knowledge resources, drafting standard forms and practice notes, keeping the team updated on key developments, supporting trainees and associates with their development, assisting with legal training, attending network and training events, and assisting in knowledge support for clients.
