Corporate PSL/Knowledge Lawyer - US Firm

A superb opportunity to join one of the top US firms in London as a Corporate PSL/Knowledge Lawyer. The premier corporate team has seen rapid growth in recent years and as a result is now looking to grow their existing Knowledge team.

Responsibilities

1. Monitoring legal developments
2. Updating knowhow and precedent content
3. Assisting with training programmes
4. Supporting fee-earners with technical queries

Qualifications

Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years\’ corporate experience, ideally in private equity and private M&A. You may be an existing PSL, a fee-earner in private practice or an in-house lawyer looking to transition into a Knowledge role. You must be highly organised with excellent communication skills and the ability to independently take on projects as part of a supportive and friendly team. The role is envisaged to be full time but those looking to work 4 days are also encouraged to apply.
