A superb opportunity to join one of the top firms in London as a Corporate PSL/Knowledge Lawyer. The firm has one of the largest private equity practices in the City and is looking for a skilled knowledge lawyer to support the ongoing development and growth of the team.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring legal developments, updating knowhow and precedent content.
- Assisting with training programmes, and supporting fee-earners with technical queries.
- Having scope to be involved with strategy and innovation and sitting at the heart of the practice.
Qualifications:
- Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' corporate experience, ideally in private equity, M&A and general corporate advisory work.
- You may be an existing PSL, a fee-earner in private practice or an in-house lawyer looking to transition into a knowledge role.
- You must be highly organised with excellent communication skills and the ability to independently take on projects as part of a supportive and friendly team.
