The London office of this elite US law firm has one of the leading UK M&A practices and is seeking to bolster its growth with the addition of some junior/mid level associates. Ideal candidates will be at least 1 PQE, will have excellent academics and prior experience from another top international law firm.
The team advises on complex cross-border transactions, including both private and public M&A. It has assisted with some of the most significant deals of the last 5 years, across a range of sectors including energy, tech, life sciences and financial services. The team is a good size and while the work is challenging, there is a supportive and collaborative culture.
While London experience is desirable, the team are very open to candidates currently working in equivalent common law jurisdictions.
