This UK headquartered international law firm has a stellar corporate transactional team and is looking to support the growth of its London team with the hire of a mid/senior level associate. Ideal candidates will be in the range of 3-6 pqe but strong candidates outside of this range may also be considered.
The work will predominantly focus on private M&A and will be of particular appeal to people looking for some exposure to the energy/renewables and infrastructure sectors. All of the work is international and complex – the practice is ambitious and very much in growth mode. You will be working alongside market leading partners but there is still plenty of scope within the team for those looking for promotion prospects in time.
The team are keen to hear from candidates already working in London, as well as those from top firms in other common law jurisdictions. You will need excellent academics and an appetite for business development.
