This elite US law firm is known for its market leading corporate insurance practice and is seeking to recruit a junior lawyer to join its team in London. The team are keen to hear from March 25 NQs as well as associates with up to 1pqe, although more senior candidates with relevant experience are also welcome to apply.
This role will suit someone with a good grounding in insurance and training from another top international law firm. The team advise across the full spectrum of the insurance sector, supporting clients on complex corporate and regulatory issues such as M&A, private equity investments in insurance, restructurings, portfolio transfers and insurance related securitisations.
