This is an exciting opportunity to join the growing energy and infrastructure team of this elite US law firm. The firm has benefitted from some excellent lateral hires at partner level and you will be joining a busy and dynamic practice with an excellent quality of work and plenty of direct client involvement.
Ideal candidates will be 2-4 pqe (although strong candidates outside of this range will also be considered) and have experience from another top international law firm. The team advise across the full spectrum of energy, infrastructure and transport sectors with a particular focus on advising private equity funds. Experience of M&A is also desirable.
