This global firm has huge international reach and the capital markets team work on large often complex cross border debt capital markets transactions. Due to a high level of work a senior lawyer is sought to join the team with a minimum of 7 years PQE. Applicants will need significant experience acting for banks, financial institutions, investors and corporate clients in DCM transactions. Experience in leveraged finance, high-yield bonds and U.S. securities would also be welcome.
