A leading international law firm is looking to appoint a PSL / Knowledge Lawyer to join its highly regarded Banking practice in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced banking lawyer who is looking to move away from a fee-earning role, or for an established PSL/Knowledge Lawyer seeking a new platform within a market-leading practice.
Working closely with the partners and lawyers across the team, you will play a central role in developing and delivering the team's legal knowledge, know-how and expertise strategy. Responsibilities will include developing and maintaining high-quality know-how and precedents, supporting lawyers with complex legal and technical queries, designing and delivering internal training, and supporting business development and client-facing initiatives.
Applicants will need an excellent academic background and a minimum of 5 years banking experience, ideally in leveraged and acquisition finance. The role offers an interesting balance of technical law, training, content creation and strategic knowledge development.
