Ideal candidates will be in the range of 1-5pqe, with experience from another top international law firm either in London or another common law jurisdiction. The team advise on the full range of derivatives transactions and structured products, together with associated regulatory matters. They advise on OTC, exchange traded and derivatives-based securities, as well as repurchase and securities lending agreements.
