One of the market’s leading Structured Finance & Derivatives teams is looking to strengthen its London practice with the appointment of additional talented Associates. The role offers first-class work, an enviable client base and exposure to some of the most innovative transactions in the market.
The breadth and quality of the work is a real differentiator. You will have the opportunity to work on novel structures and complex transactions from inception through to negotiation and execution. Responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing and negotiating derivatives documentation, advising on securitisation and structured DCM transactions, and providing legal and regulatory advice.
The team is ideally seeking candidates with 1 to 4 years’ PQE gained within a Derivatives, Structured Finance or DCM practice. However, the team is also very open to high-calibre Associates from adjacent practice areas who are keen to pivot and build a long-term career in this space.
