The team are ideally looking to hire someone with experience of the gambling and/or tech/media sectors but M&A/corporate lawyers showing a genuine desire to focus in these sectors are also encouraged to apply. Experience of venture capital, growth capital and cross-border transactions would be advantageous.
The position offers exposure to exciting innovative work and complex cross border transactions. You will forge relationships with many entrepreneurial clients and develop first-class industry expertise.
