An exciting opening has arisen for a 2 to 5 PQE Investment Funds Associate to join the international investment funds practice of a leading global law firm in London.
The team acts for a sophisticated international client base on a diverse range of investment funds and alternative investment matters. You will assist in advising fund managers and sponsors on the establishment and structuring of private investment funds, draft and negotiate key fund documents and support your team in advising institutional investors on fund investments and secondary transactions.
