We’re now looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our Dewsbury office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants autonomy, flexibility, and the support of a collaborative team.

The Role

You’ll manage your own varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, with the support of an experienced and friendly team.

Your work will include:

  • Sales and purchases
  • Remortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • New build transactions
  • Title investigations and reporting
  • Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties

You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards of client care while progressing matters efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
  • Ideally 5+ years’ PQE (minimum 2 years considered)
  • Proven experience managing a conveyancing caseload independently
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work autonomously

Desirable:

  • Experience with case management systems
  • Familiarity with lender panels
