We’re now looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our Dewsbury office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants autonomy, flexibility, and the support of a collaborative team.
The Role
You’ll manage your own varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, with the support of an experienced and friendly team. Your work will include:
- Sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Title investigations and reporting
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards of client care while progressing matters efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
- Ideally 5+ years’ PQE (minimum 2 years considered)
- Proven experience managing a conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work autonomously
Desirable
- Experience with case management systems
- Familiarity with lender panels
