Gardner Champion Solicitors is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to take ownership of a quality caseload within a structured, well run environment.

We combine traditional legal standards with a modern, operationally focused approach that values clarity, efficiency and consistency. This is not a volume factory. You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:

  • Sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build matters
  • Ensuring full compliance with lender and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
  • Experience in residential conveyancing

We are building for the future, and the right individual will be part of that. Beyond that, there is a genuine opportunity to progress into a Head of Conveyancing position as the team grows. For those who demonstrate consistent performance, leadership and commercial awareness, there is a longer term route towards Partnership.

Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 depending on experience

Entry into the company bonus scheme

Hybrid working: 60 percent office, 40 percent working from home

Dewsbury office, with hybrid working available.
