We are now looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our Dewsbury office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants autonomy, flexibility, and the support of a collaborative team.
The Role
You will manage your own varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, with the support of an experienced and friendly team. Your work will include:
- Sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Title investigations and reporting
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of client care while progressing matters efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
- Ideally 5+ years PQE (minimum 2 years considered)
- Proven experience managing a conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work autonomously
- Desirable: Experience with case management systems
- Familiarity with lender panels
