We are seeking an experienced and motivated Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a capable and proactive lawyer to take ownership of a varied caseload, contribute to the firm’s success, and play a key role in delivering high-quality client service.
Duties
- Manage and progress a full and varied caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring all work is completed to a high professional standard.
- Provide clear, practical, and sound legal advice to clients.
- Handle client matters from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring excellent client communication and service delivery throughout.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with SRA, CQS, and other regulatory requirements at all times.
- Maintain accurate file management and record-keeping in accordance with firm policies and procedures.
- Supervise and support junior fee earners, trainees, and paralegals where required.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, including networking, client relations.
