Responsibilities

• Support HSE, Environmental, Energy and Sustainability activities across the Group
• Assist site teams with external audits, inspections, reporting and improvement actions
• Help promote a strong safety culture and good working practices
• Learn how to manage compliance with legal requirements and company standards
• Contribute to energy-saving and sustainability initiatives
• Take part in incident investigations and help identify improvements

What You Will Learn

• HSE legislation, compliance and risk management
• Environmental, energy and sustainability processes
• Emergency response planning

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 GCSEs (grade 4/C or above), including Maths, English and Science
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work with people at all levels and travel between sites
• Interest in HSE, environment, energy or sustainability
• No prior experience needed – full training provided
