We are looking for an experienced Quality Inspector Nights to join our team at our Basildon manufacturing site. This role includes a four-week day-shift training programme.
Working Hours
- 39 hours Monday Thursday: 7.30pm 4.30am
- Friday 2.30pm - 7.30pm
Salary
£18.54 per hour plus 33% shift allowance

Purpose of role and key accountabilities:
- To provide Quality and Inspection support for both existing and new business opportunities and to develop the Right First-Time philosophy required to become a leading supplier of quality components to the aerospace industry
- Maintain quality control within the manufacturing process, in line with business standards and customer requirements
- Check and verify the compliance of components produced at all stages within business
- Identify reoccurring quality issues and communicate them to the Senior Team Leader along with recommendations
- Assist with root cause analysis, using 5 Whys and Ishikawa
- Identify and report any non-conformances
- Support, develop and improve the relationship internally between departments
- Support and promote improvement activities to directly benefit our products
