Global Role | 100% Hybrid UK or International | Global Travel

Shape the Future of Quality at Gardner Aerospace Group. Gardner Aerospace Group is seeking an exceptional Technical Quality Engineer to lead, develop, and elevate our global quality framework across a truly international footprint. This is a 100% hybrid role, open to candidates based in the UK or overseas, offering the opportunity to work flexibly while influencing quality excellence across our sites in the UK, France, Poland, and India.

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Thursday: 7.30am - 4.00pm
  • Friday: 7.30am - 12.30pm

Salary: £50,000 per annum (UK) | adjusted if hired in Poland, France, India

Purpose of role and key accountabilities:

  • Act as internal focal point of contact, and support the central quality teams (group) as well as sites, in an expert role for escalated technical questions, queries and issues (within the assigned scope).
  • Support all sites with specialist knowledge on deployment of APQP deliverables, and support identification and deployment of APQP training to all group sites.
  • Work closely with manufacturing engineering to continuously improve planning and inspection processes.
